I am visiting from Chicago and I highly recommend Chapter! I had a Halo laser treatment with Kayce (RN) today and she made me feel comfortable and did a thorough consult before treatment. It was my first Halo treatment (first laser treatment ever, actually) and Kayce spent time explaining the steps of the procedure before we started and allowed me to numb before lasering. When the treatment was being performed, Kayce was encouraging and kept telling me what the lasers were targeting and the benefits my skin would feel. I cannot wait to see the results over the next few months!

Kasey was amazing! It was my first experience with her! She was very particular with my procedure and I LOVED how she got excited about the results on my skin, even during the procedure. I did a BBL/Halo series. My skin was so nice, I felt like I glowed! I may make this an annual routine!
