If you’d like to cancel, simply call your studio or ask guest services at your next appointment. Your funds won’t expire, but once you cancel your membership, your discounts and deals do. You can use your funds at any of our studios even after your membership is canceled, but there are no refunds.

Yes, our in-depth skin assessment is free ($150 value) and leverages state-of-the-art Visia technology to analyze your skin and what’s happening below the surface.

Your provider will take you back to our planning suite where they will get you set up on the Visia machine. You simply place your face in the machine and in less than a minute, you’ll be done. The machine will take in-depth pictures of your skin and measure things like wrinkles, sun damage, bacteria, pores and more.
