Every story begins somewhere. For Melissa Rogne, that place was Fargo, North Dakota, where she founded Rejuv, a medical aesthetic clinic that would become the inspiration and model for Chapter. At Rejuv, Melissa became an industry pioneer–she hired the most experienced nurses and specialists who embodied empathy and accountability and set the standard for exceptional care. Fast forward to today, Rejuv is now Chapter Aesthetic Studio and has expanded to 22 locations and counting! As President, Melissa is leading and inspiring every detail of your experience. Her passion for quality care and helping people look and feel their best is what guides her every day. An industry trailblazer with a generous spirit, Melissa attracts the best and brightest in the field, sharing her experience and enthusiasm for making the promise of enhanced skin health and radiance a reality for Chapter guests. When it comes to delivering Chapter's distinct, high-touch experience, Melissa literally wrote the book. 

Dr. Wood's professional story is a real page-turner with credentials that go beyond the operating suite and into the physiology and psychology of aesthetics. After graduating from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and attending Wake Forest University School of Medicine, Dr. Wood embarked on post-doctoral training at the integrated residency program in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Wake Forest Baptist Health, followed by a fellowship in Craniofacial and Pediatric Plastic Surgery at Childrens' National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. As of 2018, Dr. Wood added MBA to his credentials, completing the Executive MBA program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is also an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The Aesthetic Society, and a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Wood's work is a testament to the power of aesthetics to truly change lives. In his role as Chapter's Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Wood's evidence-based approach to non-surgical aesthetics allows Chapter to continue to perfect the best-in-class treatments and techniques our guests have come to expect. Dr. Wood champions thorough training as the leader of Chapter University, ensuring providers are properly knowledgeable and certified in their areas of expertise.
