How do I sign up for Chapter’s Rewards Club?
Join by calling your local studio or sign up in studio. It takes less than 10 minutes. Find your nearest studio.
How can I pause or cancel my membership?
If you’d like to cancel, simply call your studio or ask guest services at your next appointment. You can use your funds at any of our studios even after your membership is canceled, but there are no refunds.
What are Chapter credits and bonus credits?
The Rewards Club has two types of credits:
Chapter credits: Each month, your $99 membership fee is converted directly into Chapter credits you can use toward treatments and services.
Bonus credits: You earn 10% back in bonus credits on every dollar you spend on treatments and services—whether you're using your membership credits or paying out of pocket. These credits expire 60 days from the time they are earned.
For example, if you purchase a $200 treatment, you’ll earn $20 in bonus credits to use on future visits.
What happens if I’m enrolled in another membership?
All previous existing memberships including Diamond, Radiance and Founders will be discontinued and rolled over to the new Rewards Club unless you make a change before July 7, 2025. To sign up for the new membership or cancel your existing one, please call or visit your local studio.
How do I redeem credits?
All available Chapter credits and bonus credits are applied to your treatment and product purchases, and each dollar spent earns you 10% bonus credit toward your next purchase.
